Dallas Christian over Pittsburg (50-30) -- Correct
--Chargers defense survives thanks a great offensive showing. The likes of Lubbock Christian and Holy Cross have to thinking they'll put up some points if the match comes to be.

San Antonio Holy Cross over New Braunfels Christian (49-0) -- Correct
--The Knights dominate the district opener and all signs point to a march back to the title game.

Lubbock Christian over New Deal (46-7) -- Correct
--Eagles with a dominant showing. The DC defensive struggles so far this year suggest a great semifinal could be on the horizon for the District 1 and 2 champions. Lots of golf to play before then though.

Austin Regents over Bullard Brook Hill (42-21) -- Correct
--Knights with a quality district opening win. Guard with work to do to make sure they are in the playoffs and maybe battling for a host spot.

Stratford over Lubbock Trinity Christian (30-12) -- Correct
--The Elks control the Lion attack. Not a bad loss by any means, but it does show the Lions have a ways to go to threaten for the title in Division II. Champions are not decided on October 1 though.

Houston St. John's over Houston Lutheran South (62-35) -- Correct
--Mavericks with a great shot at the SPC 4A crown. Pioneers are going to be a tough out in Division II, but likely one notch down from the title contenders.

Houston Kinkaid over Houston Second Baptist (21-7) -- Correct
--The Falcons defense is the first to slow the Eagles. SBS will have to find their offensive stride to reach the final and a shot at All Saints.
